Where information may be held

Your information is stored electronically. Any paper forms containing your personal contact information are securely destroyed within 7 days of being submitted electronically, our backup data is password protected and stored securely.

There are security measures in place to seek to ensure that there is appropriate security for information the Company hold.

Any recipient of the information will be bound by confidentiality obligations.

How long the Company keep your information

We keep your information for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal information is processed.
